Even after 25 years in the industry, I still see myself as both a teacher and a student. One of the things I love most about this work is that there is always something new to learn and someone inspiring to learn from.
Continuing to grow while finding new ways to add value to the people I serve is what makes Indulgence Studio my happy place.
Throughout my career, I have pursued specialized training in medical aesthetics, inclusive care, communication, leadership, and business development. My professional development has included training through Rainbow Health Ontario, membership in the Electrolysis Association, Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny and Business Mastery programs, Speaker Nation’s storytelling and public speaking training, and the business growth principles taught by Alex Hormozi.
I am excited to be returning to Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery as I continue to grow both personally and professionally. My passion for learning has also inspired me to create The Art of Bedside Manner & Client Care Mastery: Excellence in Practice, an inclusive apprenticeship and mentorship program designed to help future professionals develop the same gold-standard bedside manner, affirming care, and client-centered approach that have become the foundation of Indulgence Studio.

For 20+ years, I’ve been restoring confidence through the art of hair removal, electrolysis, and laser hair removal – always paired with gold-standard bedside manner so every person feels seen, heard, and respected. My mission has always been simple: your comfort is our gold standard.

Having needed these services myself, and after years of studying trauma-informed care, 2SLGBTQIA+ specific needs, and my own lived experience, I have worked hard to develop an outstanding bedside manner practice that prioritizes comfort and dignity.
Over time, my clients began asking me to create a resource they could take with them when moving to a new city or starting with a new professional. That led to the development of the Client Guide Book, a guide with checklists on how to choose the right technician and what to look for in a safe, affirming clinic.
