A Brief Overview of the Program

Client Guidebook: Crafted to reflect the experience your referrals will receive, designed to foster safety, clarity, and support. It is especially focused on strengthening insights and aesthetics relevant to the LGBTQ+ community.

Training Program: A practitioner course emphasizing trauma-informed care and best practices. Your input on content alignment and resource enhancement would be invaluable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need certification to apply?

Yes. We welcome applicants certified in electrolysis or with recognized training in aesthetics or laser in Ontario. Experience is valued but not required. Every new hire begins in our supportive apprenticeship program.

What’s the earning potential?

Starting part-time, you can expect around $40,000 annually, progressing to $100,000 or more as a full-time advanced practitioner. Our transparent commission ladder rewards your dedication.

Do I need to bring my own clients?

No. We provide an established and welcoming client base eager to meet you. Bringing your own clients is a wonderful bonus as you build your personal brand.

How long does the program take?

Our comprehensive apprenticeship includes 50 lessons, typically spread over a year, with supportive guidance every step of the way.

How do you support technician growth?

With weekly engaging lessons, personalized mentorship, and a thriving community, we ensure you have the tools and support to elevate your skills and confidence every day.
