I'm from Nova Scotia and was visiting a friend, first time ever getting a wax I was nervous, the wonderful staff walked me through the process before starting and made very nice conversation during whole appointment, checking in to make sure I wasn't nervous anymore. They are very good at making you calm and making it painless. I will visit again next time I'm in Ontario.

She is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I’m comfortable during treatments. She takes the time to explain everything and tailors the sessions to my needs. She’s made every step of the process easy to understand and makes you comfortable from beginning to end of each visit. Jennifer takes special care to be welcoming towards members of the LGBTQ community, particularly trans folks. The studio itself is beautiful and has recently been renovated, making it even cozier and expanding to offer additional services in the future.
